Here are some guidelines for our awesome parties:
WE HOST ONE PARTY AT A TIME, NO OPEN PLAY
We will adhere to all state guidelines in order to reopen safely on 10/10/2020.
All visitors must fill out waivers on our website or on your mobile devices upon entering the facility.
We will check temperatures at the door.
Everyone, over the age of 2 is required to wear a face mask unless seated at the table.
We will provide sanitizer upon entry into our party room and before eating. Please let us know if you have any allergies.
Please do not enter the party room before being invited by your host because we are diligently cleaning and sanitizing between every party.
PLEASE BRING A SMALL CAKE OR CUPCAKE TO BLOW OUT THE CANDLES AND A SEPARATE CAKE FOR THE GUESTS.
1. All participants must wear socks inside our inflatables.
2. All participants must have a parent or a guardian sign our waiver before entering our facility either electronically on this website or in person at the event. WE ARE A PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK FACILITY. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES BY THEIR PARENT OR GUARDIAN.
3. Due to stringent sanitizing between parties, large dessert tables are not allowed for set up. Please let us know if you have any special requests and we will do our best to accommodate you. You may bring a cake or cupcakes. We have a refrigerator and a freezer.
4. The party room will not be open to you prior to your party time due to sanitization. Please wait outside the party room area with anything you would like us to set up 15 minutes before your start time.
5. Please note that you and your children will be asked to sanitize your hands at various times during the party, if this is an issue, please let us know and we will be happy to direct you to the nearest sink.
ALL PARTY DEPOSITS ARE $300 made via Zelle. (Due to Covid-19 regulations, parties may be cancelled and if we are not able to operate your party, your deposit will be refunded) YOU MAY RESERVE YOUR PARTY BY CALLING US AT (718) 234-0700
WE CAN MAKE YOUR PARTY KOSHER- $30 GENERAL FEE APPLIES.
