ARE YOUR PARTIES PRIVATE?
Our parties are 100% private. We clean and sanitize after every party so that when you arrive you truly feel like the party is just for you and your guests.
IS THERE PARKING ON SITE?
We have three parking lots and they are fist come first serve only. The parking lots are inside the MATCHPOINTNYC parking outside of the building.
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN CAKE?
Yes, you may bring your own cake or cupcakes. We have a refrigerator and a freezer on site. Our staff will bring out your cake with Birthday candles and we will also cut and serve the cake. We will provide plates and all utensils for the cake service so no need to worry about that!
HOW EARLY BEFORE THE PARTY MAY THE BIRTHDAY FAMILY ARRIVE?
Due to our stringent cleaning and sanitizing we do not allow the party room to open until the scheduled party time. We set up everything for you so there is no need to arrive way in advance of your party. You may arrive a few minutes before your party and hand us cake and other allowed items for set up. Please speak to a party planner before bringing anything to the party.
WILL THE INFLATABLES BE UP THE WHOLE PARTY TIME?
Yes! Our facility is unique in that we have a very large space where adults and kids spend the duration of the party in the same party room. The adults may sit down as soon as they come in and the kids can start playing the playtime only stops for our planned activities after which the kids can go back to playing.
